With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Refunds can be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused andundamaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Labels must still be attached an in original packaging.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent at the cost of the postage, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

The Shires FlyGuard Pro ZEB-TEK Fly Mask uses zebra stripes to offer protection against bothersome flies.
Fine mesh allows free flow of air and enables good visibility. The full face offers UV protection to the delicate nose area, as well as helping prevent flies from landing. Scientists' findings indicate that stripes prevent horse flies from making a controlled landing when up close (T.Caro et al. This mask provides 70%+ average UV blocking, helping to diminish the risk of sunburn and sun bleaching. The minimum rating is 60+% for the eye and nose mesh. Effectiveness may diminish over time. Test carried out in accordance to BS EN 13758-I-2002+AI:2006.
